MDF products, manufactured in standard dimensions of 210x280cm by Starwood Forest Products Factory, are cut into equal pieces as 105x70cm (8 Pieces) and offered for sale by Diporpa.com.
Due to the natural structure of MDF, plywood, and thin natural wood products, they may react to environmental factors over time. (Warping, Bending, and Color Fading) This is especially common during winter and in cold weather. Such cases are not considered defective products due to the natural structure, and no warranty is PROVIDED by the manufacturer (Starwood) or the seller (Diporpa.com).
The painted surface of MDF products is prone to scratching, so care should be taken during transport and processing. (Hairline scratches may occur due to friction between cut pieces. Therefore, they are not considered defective.)
Due to panel sizing/cutting, there is a 5mm saw margin.
Returns of MDF products are not possible (for cut and processed products).

Our products are securely packaged with plastic corner protectors and large bubble wrap and then shipped.
For cargo shipments, each package is a maximum of (30 Kg/DS); for freight shipments, a maximum of (45 Kg / DS) per package.
Our company is not responsible for any issues that may arise during shipping (delays, breakage, scratches, loss).

Orders placed on weekdays (Monday - Friday) are shipped the next business day depending on the order tracking. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped on Monday. In case of any change, our sales representatives will inform you.

Please check your products during delivery. For damaged packages, PREPARE A REPORT WITH THE COURIER, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE, AND INFORM US. Packages that are accepted are not covered by insurance, and NO COMPENSATION CAN BE MADE. Responsibility for accepted packages lies with the customer.
